Equestria Girls 2: Rainbow Rocks

So, I finally watched Equestria Girls 2...during English class Sadly I didn't get to watch it theatres like I did with the first one, because it's not playing where I live for some reason. Anyway, whatever, I finally watched it, and what did I think of it? Was it an improvement over the first one?

The humor: 7/10- I actually didn't find this movie all that funny. There were some minor funny moments, especially with Pinkie Pie (naturally,) but yeah I didn't find the humour was as good as it was in the first movie.

The songs: 10/10- Naturally, a movie called "Rainbow Rocks" would have a lot of songs, and all of them were great! I especially love the Siren's songs.

The villain: 9/10- The Sirens are not the best, especially compared to Lord Tirek, Discord, and Queen Chrysalis. But for what they are, they are pretty bad-ass, and their motivation is very despicable. I think Sunset Shimmer makes a better protagonist rather than antagonist, so I definitely think that these sirens are better villains that Sunset Shimmer was. My only complain about them is that the one that acts like Pinkie Pie could get really annoying. Overall though, pretty cool villains.

The animation: 9/10- The animation is just as good as the first movie and last two seasons of MLP, all I have to say.

The story: 8/10- There is not too much to the plot in this movie, but for what it is, it is an improvement from the last movie. The biggest problem in the last movie was the all of the loopholes and pace, but I find the pace in this movie is pretty decent.

Overall, it is an decent movie. Is it better than the first one? I say it's just as good. Except this time we get Octavia, Bon Bon, Lyra, and Derpy And of course the WORST part of the movie was the usual...Flash Sentry. Or should I say....Brad, or Gary-Stu. He was just as bland as ever. You can just imagine my rage.
